In order to keep improving, Glasfil has a tool to measure our customer’s satisfaction called Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). By measuring the CSI, it is our guideline to monitor our services in terms of Quality Products, Customer Services and Delivery. Every year, we will set up a standard percentage of CSI as a guideline and target to be achieved.
 
 
It is shown that Glasfil is committed to improve from time to time. We are constantly improving and upgrading our standard in order to fulfill the customer’s demand and becoming the trusted manufacturer.
