Our Design Engineer has to device a place for inserting 6 Brass terminals inside the mold without causing any problem in molding process which may cause the terminal to be covered-up by plastic and eventually lead to poor contact during application.

All designs are carefully studied by our Design Engineer involving gate-point and flow mark before proceed to mold fabrication.
