We start these analysis based on the design given by customer. The result will help us to investigate what and where is the best possible gate point. From there, we could detect any defects at earlier stage and prevent the defects such as warping, weld line, sink mark etc.

These analysis being done before we move to next step of mold fabrication.

Eventually, we have a perfect product with good flow and excellent dimension stability.

Our R&D Dept took about 6 months time to study and evaluate the design of the water meter. This process has been done by varying factors and parameters through numerous meeting, submitting sample for pressure test and flow test.

A lot of effort has been given to make this project success. We have run numerous pressure and tensile computer simulation to evaluate the structural design whether it is suitable to perform duty as required.

We eventually have succeed as the parts finally being approved for application.
